The SLAVA team
From June 26 to 28, 2016, four multidisciplinary and multi-talented teams, accompanied by virtual reality (VR) professionals, competed to create modules in 360 ° and “invent the off-screen” video archive.
The teams had 48 hours to reinterpret images of our audiovisual heritage and to create virtual reality films. The winner of this challenge is the SLAVA film, which recreates the off-screen animation of the famous image of Mstislav Rostropovitch playing improvisedly in front of the Berlin Wall in 1989.
